5 Self-care Practices for Holistic Wellbeing

Not sure if everyone agrees but I find the beginning of December hard. End of the year, so by then the burn out suddenly becomes all to real and all the built up physical and mental exhaustion from pushing ourselves hard through the year comes crashing down. Most years it's probably partially psychological, but that does not apply to the last two.

2020 and 2021 has been challenging for us all in so many different ways to varying degrees. So I thought of checking in with everyone on self-care practices once again. This is as much of a reminder for myself as it is for all of you reading this because most of my interactions with friends, family and clients have indicated that we all need it. A gentle reminder to be kind to ourselves, take out time to do whatever it takes to pamper and show ourselves a little bit of extra love and care.


We need it. We deserve it. We are worth it.
